Owner of Noosa House of Flowers— a weaver, garden lover, and African flower fairy.

I grew up in East Africa where I connected with nature and animals from a young age. After my family had to escape the country because of civil unrest, we moved to New Zealand and eventually to Australia where I have been a florist for over 30 years. My eclectic taste has been influenced by the various countries I've experienced and has informed my floristry work such that I've taken floristry to a different level with my creative approach.

I am lucky to have an outstanding team who allows me to spend time making crafts and pieces for the store, such as my popular hand-made cloches using found nature.

Our goal here at the store is to inspire, care for, and leave our customers awestruck with unique and individual items.

Not only that, but we want our shop to be like a curated art gallery, where customers can take a journey through natural beauty and feel the love we put into our work. In this way, we are unlike any other florist.
